Valentines Chocolate Making

We’ve been busy making some delicious chocolates for #ValentinesDay!
Residents Barbara, Rose, Edie and David started with a dark chocolate ganache, following the instructions very carefully from a YouTube video.

Once the ganache had set, a group of ten residents prepared crushed pistachios, almonds, cocoa powder, chocolate vermicelli and for an explosive taste sensation popping candy. Once the residents had rolled out the ganache into bite-sized balls they rolled them in the toppings of their choice, and popped them into clear sweet bags finished with ribbons. David decided to give his to his favourite care worker Kelly.
