Exercising with Rosie at Cedars

Residents at Cedars Care Home in Southend-on-Sea enjoy twice-weekly exercise classes. Rosie, who teaches the classes, visits the home on Tuesdays and Thursdays and great fun is had by all. There’s always lots of giggling and the residents enjoy a chat or quiz after the class. We thought we’d share a few images from one of Rosie’s recent visits.

Residents at Cedars recently spent an afternoon learning the art of creating paper flowers. It was very therapeutic and great for them to learn a new skill with such a beautiful result. The flowers were made from music paper and pages from books.
