Finalist:In 2022 Canford Healthcare was a finalist in three categories – Care of Older People, Technology and Data in Nursing and Nursing in Social Care. Our entries each looked at how we use technology and all the various systems and initiatives that we have developed over the last few years to provide the highest quality of care to our residents and ensure the best possible outcomes for each.
We believe in the power of technology to facilitate and improve how we provide high-quality person-centred care, promote better governance, safety and management of risk, free staff to focus more on residents and improve overall outcomes, giving residents the best possible lived experience. Our entry described in detail how our bespoke governance system, known internally as the Quality Cycle, harnesses technology to do all of this and more.
