Holidays

All employees are entitled to a minimum of 5.6 weeks annual leave per year.

This is pro rata for part time workers.

Bank Staff workers will accrue holiday based on their actual hours worked based on the same entitlement.

Employees are able to use the self service function on our People HR App to book their annual leave and then receive notifications when it has been authorised.
