Recognition

The company recognises that a thanks goes a long way in recognising team members.  For that reason we operate a thanks – peer recognition scheme through our PeopleHR employee self service portal.

‘Thanks’ is a feature in our PeopleHR self-service system that is accessible to all employees either via their desktop PC or mobile app.  It allows all employees to give virtual recognition badges to any of their work colleagues and provide an appropriate message.

To give thanks, click on the ‘Thanks’ tab in PeopleHR, then within this tab there is a blue ‘give thanks’ button, click this and you will presented with the option of which thanks badge you wish to award, any comments you wish to add with the badge, and finally who is going to receive it. Types of recognition badges available include being a great Teamplayer, recognising service, going that extra mile and even recognising a colleague’s birthday.
