Refer a Friend Bonus

As one of our recruitment initiatives we offer an incentive to our current employees to recommend friends and family for employment with us.

You can receive a bonus between £350 – £500* for a successful employee referral.

The full amount will be paid after successful completion of the probationary period of the new employee providing both you and the new employee are employed after their probation period.

You can pick up an employee referral application form from your manager or Home Administrator.
